Frequently Asked Questions.

Quick answers about diagnostics, turnaround, data safety and warranty.

Common Questions.

Is it safe to leave my device at a repair shop?
Yes. Look for a shop with clear diagnostics, quality parts and a stated warranty. At Cell Phone Ninja we explain what we find before any work begins, and warranty terms are always given up front.
How long does a repair take?
Turnaround depends on the repair, part availability and current workload. Many common repairs are completed the same day, while complex board-level work may take longer. We confirm timing before starting.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace my device?
In most cases a repair costs less than a new device. If a repair is not the best value, we will tell you and explain the alternatives rather than push unnecessary work.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. Calling or texting first helps confirm part and technician availability, especially for less common models.
Will my data be affected?
Most hardware repairs do not require erasing your device, but data on a damaged device can never be guaranteed. Please back up whenever possible before bringing it in.
Do repairs include a warranty?
Warranty coverage is available on qualifying repairs and is explained before service. Coverage applies to the installed part or completed service and excludes new damage, liquid damage or work attempted elsewhere.
Which brands and models do you service?
We service many popular brands including Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola and OnePlus, plus PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo consoles, and many laptops and computers. Send us your exact model to confirm.
Can a liquid-damaged device be saved?
Sometimes. Liquid damage is evaluated case by case and outcomes depend on the device condition and how quickly it is brought in. We will explain realistic options before any work.

Still Have a Question?

Call, text or send us your device details and we will help you understand the next step.
